Want to make a booking? We request bookings are made online to allow our staff less admin and more time making Lash & Brow dreams happen. If you are struggling to make a booking online please give us a call on the number below we are here to help. Please note all bookings made in any manner are subject to strict cancellation terms outlined at the bottom of this page.

Cancellations

If you can’t make your appointment, please let us know as soon as you can so we have the best chance of filling your spot. No-shows and same-day cancellations may incur a 100% cancellation fee if we’re unable to fill the appointment.

All bookings require a deposit to secure. It’s fully refundable if you cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment.

Children and groups

Our salon is somewhat open plan, so as a courtesy to clients who want to enjoy their downtime with us, we’re unable to accommodate children or large groups of friends. If you get stuck for childcare at the last minute, please call us in advance. Occasionally we can adjust room availability to allow children to attend as a one-off, but unfortunately this can’t be guaranteed.
