Cancellation Policy & Salon Etiquette.
We respectfully request that in the instance you are unable to make your appointment that you please let us know as soon as you are able to give us the best chance at filling your space. No shows, or last minute cancellations within the same day of the appointment may if not filled incur a 100% cancellation fee. All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure, this fee is fully refundable if in the instance you cancel outside of the 24 hour period prior to your appointment.
Due to the nature of the environment being somewhat open plan we are unable to accommodate children & large groups of friends in the salon as a courtesy to clients whom wish to enjoy their downtime with us. We respectfully request that if you do get stuck for childcare last minute, you call in advance and let us know - on occasion room availability can be adjusted to allow children to attend as a one off but unfortunately cannot be guaranteed.
COVID-19. In order to create the safest environment possible for all of our clients & staff we have put rigid protocols in place. We adjust these protocols to meet and exceed the government standards throughout any level changes. In the instance that levels change, please read the additional information we send you as it will advise you on changes to the way we manage your check in and check out of the salon. Our sick policy remains in place so we ask that you please do not attend any appointment if you are unwell, in return we also run a very strict sick policy for staff. As a result there are instances where we have to reallocate your treatment to other staff members or shuffle times, we always do our best to give you as much notice as possible for any such changes.
