Shipping Policy 

All parcels are sent by NZ courier track and trace, in most cases orders are sent same day however in the case of public holidays, closed day, weekends and sale periods we may not ship same day but instead next business day or within 3 days of an order being placed. 

Returns

We accept returns on all unopened products and replacements of faulty products within 14 days of purchase including shipping each way. For packages undelivered, we need to know strictly within 14 days of dispatch notification in order to be able to lodge a courier claim and replace your product.
